I believe that we can find purpose behind our pain and the courage to bring about change. Having a safe space to be who you are is crucial. I value authenticity and emotional safety in the therapy room. You are not alone! I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Additionally, I have a Master of Science in Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I have experience working in a clinic setting with clients on the Autism Spectrum. I take a special interest in attachment theory and behavior. I have a genuine passion for human connection and the work that I do as a therapist. My ideal client is an adult or couple struggling with emotional distress, past trauma, or relationship challenges that hinder personal and relational growth. They may struggle with complex emotions, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from themselves and each other. They seek to understand the root of their struggles, build resilience, and cultivate self-compassion. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Master of Social Work. Specialties: Anxiety Depression Marital and Pre-marital Divorce Infidelity LGBTQ+ Relationship issues (Not an exhaustive list)

I approach therapy with empathy, respect, and an open mind. I believe in a client-centered, holistic approach, tailoring interventions to each person’s unique needs. I particularly enjoy working with teenagers and adults, helping them develop skills to lead fulfilling, balanced lives in a neuroaffirming lens. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Eastern Washington University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University.
